Care coordination that works the way families actually communicate

Helpers log in under 2 minutes—mostly on WhatsApp or a simple phone screen. You get structure and weekly summaries without chasing updates in the family chat.

Before day one: 10 minutes with your helper

The local sibling or family member on the ground introduces CanU: “The family abroad wants to know Mum is okay—just tap this once a day.” CanU provides a one-page guide and video in Tagalog, Indonesian, Cantonese, or Mandarin. Optional: book a 15-minute call with us to do the first log together.

1. Your helper logs care (we help them start)

Your helper checks in once a day—when there's a natural pause (after lunch, after evening meds, before leaving for the day). They can:

  • Reply to a WhatsApp check-in from CanU
  • Tap through a short mobile log (mood, meals, meds, anything to flag)

In their own language. Large buttons. Usually under 2 minutes. We send a setup guide and offer a short onboarding call so you're not on your own for the first log.

2. CanU structures what your helper sends

Replies and logs become a care timeline—medication, meals, mood, mobility, incidents—so the family isn't decoding WhatsApp voice notes at midnight.

  • Tracks medication adherence patterns
  • Organizes daily notes by category
  • Flags unusual patterns or concerns

3. Your family receives weekly summaries

Every Sunday, your family gets a clear, structured summary:

  • What happened this week
  • Patterns worth noting
  • Upcoming appointments
  • Any concerns flagged

Delivered via WhatsApp or email. If your helper didn't log, the summary will say so—we don't invent care that didn't happen.

4. Everyone stays aligned

Your whole family sees the same information at the same time. No more:

  • Did anyone call to check on Dad this week?
  • I thought you were handling the doctor appointment
  • Why didn't anyone tell me about this?

Coming later (not required for MVP)

We're testing features that reduce typing further—only after core logging is reliable:

  • ·“Same as yesterday” — one tap to copy yesterday's log; change only what's different
  • ·Voice note → care log — helper speaks; family sees structured English
  • ·Meal photo → log assist — optional, family-controlled (privacy matters)

These may be part of a future Pro plan. Today, WhatsApp + quick mobile log is the focus.

Key features

Medication Tracking

See adherence patterns, not just checkboxes. Know when things are working and when they're not.

Appointment Management

Shared calendar across time zones. Reminders to helpers. Confirmations to family.

Care Logging

Daily activities, meals, mood, mobility—captured in under 2 minutes via WhatsApp or mobile.

Family Dashboard

Week-by-week trends. Month-by-month patterns. The long view of care.

Unlimited Family Access

Add every family member who needs visibility—siblings, cousins, adult grandchildren.

Who it's for

Overseas adult children (primary)

You pay the helper and carry the worry. You need a serious, low-friction way to see that care happened—without daily interrogation calls.

Local siblings & coordinators

You're on the ground. CanU reduces “did you tell Marcus?”—and gives you a simple way to hand the helper a routine the whole family trusts.

Domestic helpers

You're already doing the work. CanU asks for a minute a day—not a form in English. We help your employer's family set you up so it's fair and fast.

Aging parents

CanU runs in the background. No extra burden on you unless the family chooses to involve you.
