You'll need one subscription per parent ($39 each). Each parent gets their own care timeline, summaries, and family viewer group. You can manage both from the same account.
How does billing work?

What's included in the free trial?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your care logs, summaries, and appointment history before you cancel. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate, then it's permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for multiple care subjects?
Not currently—we've kept pricing simple and transparent at $39 per parent. This may change as we grow.
What if my helper doesn't have WhatsApp?
Canu requires WhatsApp for helper logging. If your helper doesn't have a smartphone with WhatsApp, we're probably not the right fit yet.
What languages do you support?
Helpers can log in Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Cantonese, or English. Family summaries are delivered in English. More languages coming soon.
